Typical deliverables
Deliverables can include plans, sections, elevations, details, schematic drawings, MEP drawings, schedules, redline updates, as-built amendments, title-block changes and conversion of suitable source information into structured CAD files. Deliverables are matched to the supplied drafting standard and intended use.
How the work is delivered
The drafting workflow begins with checking source information, drawing register, scale, units, layers, title blocks, plotting requirements and revision conventions. Work is produced against the current issue set, reviewed for drafting consistency and returned in the agreed native and/or plotted formats.
Singapore project context
Singapore projects frequently use organisation-specific CAD layering, title blocks and drawing-number conventions. BIMProSG can follow supplied standards. Drafting support does not itself constitute design certification, statutory approval or professional endorsement; those responsibilities stay with the relevant appointed parties.
What to send for a quotation
Useful inputs include existing DWG or PDF references, mark-ups, sketches, design information, drawing lists, title blocks, layer standards, required scales and output formats. The initial Request Quote form intentionally asks for the job scope rather than large CAD packages; files can be arranged after review.
Consultancy or marketplace
Where a project also needs BIM conversion or coordination, CAD drafting can be combined with Revit or BIM services. Alternatively, clients can browse the marketplace for CAD and BIM specialists for direct engagement.
