How protected milestone payments work on BIMProSG.
BIMProSG uses protected milestone payments — not regulated escrow. Clients fund milestones before work proceeds. Funds are held as payment protection until delivery is approved or an admin resolves a dispute.
Freelancers pay 0% BIMProSG platform commission on milestone earnings released through the platform. Clients pay a 2.5% buyer protection fee on funded milestones. Payment processor fees are separate.
