Funded milestones

Clients fund contract milestones as protected payments before work proceeds. Funds are held until the client approves delivery or an admin resolves a dispute.

Fees

Freelancers pay 0% platform commission on milestone earnings released through BIMProSG.

Clients pay a 2.5% buyer protection fee on funded milestones. Payment processor fees are separate.

Disputes

If delivery cannot be agreed, either party can open a dispute. Admins review evidence and can release, refund, or partially settle protected payments according to platform rules.
