Step 1

Create your account

Join BIMProSG as a client, freelancer, or both. Freelancers must be approved before paid work.

Step 2

Post or discover work

Clients post BIM projects with budgets, skills, and milestones. Freelancers browse open projects and submit proposals.

Step 3

Accept proposals & contract

Clients review proposals and accept the best fit. A contract defines milestones and deliverables.

Step 4

Fund protected payments

Clients fund each milestone. Funds are held as payment protection until work is approved.

Step 5

Deliver, approve, release

Freelancers submit milestone work. Clients approve delivery to release funds. Either party can raise a dispute if needed.
